I know I posted about a week back returning from hiatus, but now unfortunately this time I'm posting to say I think I need to back out of the game. I seem to be struggling with Larsa's voice and have been for a while now, which makes me really sad as I absolutely adored playing him.

If Larsa's still around and I've strengthened my grasp of his voice, I'll swing by again.

After some discussion among the mod team, we've decided to lower the requirements for AC while the game is still small. From now on, you will only need one of the following:

► One entry in tidesofwar by your character, or a multi-character post in which yours is a part of. This must also show that threads within the post were not immediately dropped.
► Comment threads in tidesofwar in posts by other characters. These comment threads must have at least 15 comments by your character to count. Multiple threads can be used to add up to 15 if needed. Icon spam does not count as individual comments.
► Posting or participation in a post tidesofwar_log. There must be at least five comments from your character alone. If you posted the log, then it needs to at least be four.

While not new to roleplay by any stretch, I am actually dragging myself out of journal-style RP retirement for this one! (gassssp) By which, I mean the last time was before CFUD was a twinkle in the eye of its creator over on LJ in 2005, yeah it's been that long. Okay, wassup TOW! I am Brion, and I'm bringing you Ace from Final Fantasy Type-0! Yes, it's that one unlocalized FF on PSP. Don't know that game? Alright, it's basically a game about SeeD-esque child soldiers that was gathered in a class full of badasses, and this ~~Setzer the second~~ bishonen here is the leader of 'em. Wait, calm your horses guys, no spoiler is coming here as we're in AU setting! except the 10 minutes spoiler of the game beginning in his AU history but you didn't hear that k. Without spoiler, he's basically a calm mannered person who brings himself in a composed demeanor (Read: Generally gentle but can be kind of douche at times). Also, he loves Chocobo so much it's hilariously awesome.

Sorry this is a few hours late!

THEXTERA HUNT

DETAILS: The Thextera Hunt will contain three monsters: Thextera and two wolves (information for which can be found at the bestiary). The hunt location will be in the Dalmasca Westersand. This is a RANK I MARK, meaning all characters are eligible to sign up!

REWARDS: Thextera will reward 10 LP. Each wolf will reward 5 LP.

NOTES: For NPC run hunts, the results will be determined using Random.org. The same character might defeat more than one monster, but it's also possible that all three monsters in the hunt will be defeated by different characters.

SCHEDULE:
AUGUST 22ND: The flier will be posted on the IC network! Characters are free to discuss the hunt and even start their searches for Thextera. Players can still sign up their characters until the results are post.

AUGUST 24TH: Results will be posted, meaning that the person who will be chosen to be successful will be revealed. If they've gathered a group to help them during the hunt, the entire group will be successful and the reward will be split.
